In a relationship, there are always several ways to aknowledge and uderstand the behavior of the other.
Look closely to the challenges a bullying victim faces it’s an obligation for us all. It’s also an emotional support based on reciprocity and empathy, regarding taking care and understanding other human being, following warning signs when they appear in subtle ways.
Understand the agressor is a genuine act based on the empathy and not on imediate judgement.
This is the common ground to understand and intervine in delicate situations, such as Bullying.
What becomes an agressor..an agressor? What are his own vulnerabilities that, so often, he explores in another human being? What are the weaknesses of the victim?
Assess to understand. Understand for knowing and build a reliable opinion.
