In any case PIN can be held responsible, directly or indirectly, for any damage resulting in the usage of the website.

PIN cannot be held responsible by the content of third party websites, even if referred by this website.

The Privacy Policy explains how PIN collects, holds and processes user information. PIN acts as a Data Controller. Collecting user data can be through the website or phone and will be manually processed. No external entity can have access to user data without express consent from the user.
PIN collects personal data in the website to send communications to users with contextualized content that is relevant to both PIN and users.
By personal data it’s understood any information relative to a single person that can uniquely identify that person, directly or not (e.g.: Citizen Card ID).
PIN does not collect, through the website, sensitive data such as racial information, ethnical, political choices, religious beliefs, philosophical information, genetic data or any information regarding one’s health or sexual orientation.
PIN only collects, through the website:
    – e-mail: to send newsletter, as mentioned above;
    – cookies: for statistical effects and to improve user experience (cookies are small data files, typically stored in the browser that help improve user experience).
Personal data is only kept by PIN or the strictly necessary period for the purposes mentioned above. Information may be retained longer due to legal obligations.
